THE PROJECT
The team was tasked to redesign high-end luxury department store, Harrods’ e-commerce experience in time for their new backend platform integration. Clients requested the site to reflect their brand as well as the newest trends in e-commerce in terms of IA, UX, UI, and visual design.
I was fortunate to be part of this massive overhaul from early part of the project and through the UX phase. Some of the deliverables and activities include; stakeholder interviews, client workshops, working with project managers to create project roadmap, IA development, competitive analysis, creating preliminary testing plan (the test was conducted by Harrods), hands on execution of UX/UI development working with senior designers, prototyping.
